Kind Words

Whether brief or lengthy, your KIND WORDS are so very gracious. It is an honor to be the mirror that reflects back your magnificence!

"Neurofeedback has allowed me to understand my mind and witness my own growth and progress. As a therapist, this evidence-based method excites me!  I have sat in Linda’s chair, and referred clients, friends, my own children.  I trust her implicitly.  Work with Linda has brought me to a deeper knowing of my Self on a soul-level.  I am ever-grateful for Linda, for the gift of her guidance and care!"

~Autumn, LCSW, Seattle, WA

"Linda in my opinion, is a wonderful and powerful shaman, light worker, way show-er, therapist, guide and friend. She has helped me to change my whole life. With Linda's guidance I have gone from depressed, and stuck in battling past traumas to Connecting with my highest self,  spirit, trying to live each day to it's fullest and finding my life's true path and purpose. Linda has the most amazing and unique ability of helping people heal and grow into the person that you were always meant to be. Meeting Linda and working with her is a life changing experience. Thank you for being you." ❤ With love and light always.

“Linda has turned my life around. For years I have dealt with devastating depression, and Linda gave me the tools I needed to create healthy habits. If you enter therapy with the mindset to apply what you learn working with Linda, you can achieve anything. I am very grateful that during this hard pandemic that Linda has decided to work through DoxyMe (internet video chat service) to connect with people in need. This has allowed me to get the help I needed even though I couldn't visit her office. Linda is the best that I have ever worked with, and I hope you consider Linda in this chapter of  your life.”

"As a kid, I survived a pretty traumatic experience that with talk therapy and a good support system, I was able to get past.  At least I thought.  I am now 30, and those problems and issues I had "gotten past" I realized that I had identified and addressed what had happened, but the final step of solving/fixing myself had never happened.  I was able to mask it and move on with life for 20+ years, but once I started my family, and got the normal stress that comes with being an adult, I became overly agitated and started becoming someone that my wife didn't marry, and a dad that my kids deserved a lot more from.

That is when I reached out to Linda Rhees, my "wubbie" that helped me understand and cope with what happened to me as a child, hoping she could help me again.  Instead of normal talk therapy, she recommended something different.  This is where I was introduced to Neuro-Feedback, and the "therapy" that only halfway through has helped me tremendously!  Before Neuro-Feedback, when I would get agitated or angry, I felt like I was a passenger in a vehicle that I should be driving.  Halfway through Neuro-Feedback, I feel like I am starting to get control back.  I still get upset, I still get frustrated, but instead reacting and then assessing/fixing the mess I made like I normally would, I am now more able to assess the situation, figure out why this current situation is upsetting me, and either talk myself down or remove myself from the situation until I'm calm and level headed again.  In the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, there is a part where Gene Wilder is singing and the line he sings is "If you want to view Paradise, simply look around and view it."  I know that everyone is in a different point in their journey through this life, but as crazy as it sounds, this therapy has allowed me to go from finding all the things going wrong in my life to realizing that I'm in Paradise, and enjoy my journey rather than resent it....and this is only halfway through. And it's helped my golf game too, which is the much bigger deal for me lol.

I can't explain to you how Neuro-Feedback works, I can't explain why it works, but Linda Rhees can. Not only will she explain the process to you, but you are going to be dealing with a truly genuine person that I have many years of experience with her, and I can promise you that she has your best interest at heart.  It took me 2 years to mull over whether Neuro-Feedback was worth it or not, and my only regret is that I went through 2 years of life in anger and sorrow, when I could have been in my own "paradise".  Do yourself the favor and talk to Linda and start your path to being your best self.

“I cannot recommend working with Linda enough! To start, I did an initial set of sessions with her where we primarily worked on my ability to handle overwhelm. After a life of cyclical anxiety and depression, these issues all but dissipated. Not only did my mental health improve, but personal relationships felt easier to navigate (I was finally able to discern and remove toxic situations from my life) and my class performance improved. As a senior theatre major, I felt more confident in performing, more coordinated in dance class, and was able to handle challenging course loads with more ease than I ever could have imagined! Plus, it was a lifesaver when COVID hit. After all, the whole world became full of overwhelming situations! The neurofeedback work I had previously done made it a much less stifling experience. Later on, I was fortunate to do a secondary set of sessions targeting memory. I have had problems with memory for most of my adult life, and suddenly I found myself able to remember details about my life I had long forgotten. Needless to say, if you get the opportunity work with Linda (who is also just a wonderful human) do it! You won’t regret it.”

“For years, I've tried to tackle the traumas life's thrown my way through talk therapy. I absolutely loved my talk therapy sessions with Linda, but when she recommended Neurofeedback my life finally began to change. For the first time in over a decade my anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and depression are starting to vanish; and I don't even have to take medication! Neurofeedback and Linda have helped me become me again, and I couldn't be more grateful.”

"I am writing this in hopes of making more people aware of the amazing benefits of working with Linda. I was referred to her by my boyfriend to help with my depression, anxiety, and PTSD. He was constantly telling me how grateful he is for the work he has done with her. I was very skeptical because nothing I had tried had ever come close to helping me work through my mental struggles. When I was pregnant with my second child everything became much more intense and I was barely functioning. Linda helped me find funding and was able to see me right away. She was so great to explain every step along the way and I have been blown away by my results. I am so thankful for Linda and the work we have done together. I can feel and see in my everyday life how much healthier my brain is now. How much easier and quicker it is to calm my anxiety and PTSD and to pull myself out of my depression. I also see it in my daughter. I accredit her happy, relaxed demeanor to her experiencing the calming effects neuro had on me, and in turn her, during my pregnancy. I recommend her to everyone and anyone for everything and anything. To say I am grateful would be an understatement."

“I have had the honour and pleasure to work with Linda and do Neuro-feedback. I was in a dark time in my life and have been to therapists before, but this was different. Linda truly knew how to get to the core of the issues and I know that she truly knew how to help me on a personal and professional level. Her knowledge had a great impact on how I felt about other avenues of therapy, the time I spent in her office had a profound effect on me and my family and I will be forever grateful for the time I had with her. I felt very connected with Linda like I have known her my whole life, she is a genuine, caring, loving, knowledgable woman. I have referred my friends, family and workmates and anyone else I have met along the way to go get therapy with Linda. She is someone who you will want to talk to, laugh with, and cry with. Therapy with Linda has helped me find my voice, it has helped me set healthy boundaries for myself, it has helped me see that I have worth and that I am a good person. I have had many issues mostly related to my father and she helped me see that I am lovable and of value. I would like to tell you if your reading this make your appointment now with Linda, she truly will help you beyond what talk therapy can do. She has worked with so many people from all walks of life, and she knows the power of Neuro-feedback. I know first hand of that power and it truly transforms lives for the better. Thank You for reading this.”

“Neurofeedback truly can’t be fully expressed through words, it MUST be experienced. “I am no where” to “I am now here” is the best summarization by the profound experience I’ve had working with Linda.

" I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, patience and amazing healing abilities. With your help and the help of Nurofeedback I was able to come into my own. I have much more confidence and self-esteem than I ever had before. I am able to speak my mind without always second-guessing myself. It is amazing to have a person to talk to that can help you through things when they become tangled. You have helped me create a safe place inside myself and for that I am forever grateful."

"I had a phone consultation with Linda today, and even just in that first meeting with her I felt understood and appreciated, which is a way I haven't felt with any therapist before-- trust me, I've been to my fair share of therapists. She was kind and soft-spoken to me, and answered all of my questions to the fullest extent. Her conversationalist style is comforting and makes me feel like I'm talking to a good friend. I highly recommend her to anyone searching."

“When I entered Linda's office years ago, I was in full midlife crisis mode and on the verge of a breakdown. It was a challenge to wake up and face each day, because I felt in my gut that some impending doom was looming over me. I doubted that I could ever be happy.

After one session with Linda, I found something I could anchor to while we worked through issues from my past and present. For the first time in a while, I felt like there was hope. I remember asking her what would happen if we did talking therapy and neurofeedback together. She surprised me by saying that, eventually, I could go through life feeling "content."

I had no idea what it was like to be content, but soon I noticed that the dread and fear were diminishing and something new was taking hold. For the first time in a long time, I woke up in the morning and did not feel like my world was going to end. I actually started looking forward to the coming day. I called Linda my "wise woman", because she really understood what was holding me back from being content and happy and helped me to work through it. In spite of other challenges I’ve faced since working with Linda, I am still feeling better than I ever have. She made a permanent difference in my life.

If you're looking for a therapist, then I highly recommend Linda Rhees.
